When the big guy come and press pressure, they just want the easy way out. But later on when I told them this "When our manager came back, and he knew YOU let go a resource from YOUR project without any resist, what will he think?". Then the senior engineers started to worry. Anyway, I talked to director and F哥以前的老細 to smooth thing out. So when the manager is back, at least we show the effort to protect his team.
